Suspend or resume your policy (International members)
Suspending your policy is like putting your membership on hold. During this time, you won’t have to pay premiums, but you also won’t be able to use any services or make claims.
What happens to your waiting periods if you suspend your policy?
If you suspend your policy before completing your waiting periods, you’ll need to continue serving them once your policy resumes. The waiting periods do not reset or expire during the suspension.
