We’ve worked hard to address recent service disruption due to new systems, we are pleased to confirm that we are maintaining our normal service timeframes, as follows:

  • The average time to speak to our team is currently less than 10 minutes; however, this may change from time to time. You’ll always hear the most up-to-date wait time when you call, so you know how long you’ll be waiting to speak to one of the team.

  • Claims are being processed within our standard service level of 3 business days on average.

We continue to prioritise claims for our most vulnerable participants. If you’re at risk or need urgent support, please contact us on 1800 874 890 or emailpriorityclaims@nibthrive.com.au.
