What is Telehealth?
Telehealth makes it easy to access quality healthcare at a time and place that suits you.
We have partnered with hub.health to give you access to an experienced network of Australian-based GPs (doctors) and nurse practitioners. Enjoy private and secure appointments from anywhere.
Appointments are available from 8am to 8pm AEST.
Services provided include:
Medical certificates
Prescriptions (including repeats)^
Treatment for common illnesses (such as colds and flu)
Specialist referrals
Pathology and radiology requests
General medical advice.
^The provision of prescriptions is not guaranteed. It will be based on the information you provide during your consultation and whether the GP deems it to be appropriate for the care of your condition(s). Please note that medications which have high potential for misuse, abuse or addiction (including morphine, hydromorphine, pethidine, methadone, codeine phosphate, oxycodone and anabolic steroids) cannot be prescribed via telehealth.
