Update your bank details to receive claims payments

Provide your correct bank details to ensure we can deposit your claims directly into your account without delays.

How to update your bank details 

  1. Open the nib App and go to your ‘Account’ section by selecting the top right icon

  2. Select ‘Payments'

  3. Choose ‘Update details’

  4. Scroll down to the ‘How nib pays me’ section and select ‘Update details’

  5. Update your bank details to ensure we pay your claims into your preferred account

  6. ‘Submit’ to confirm your updated bank details.
