Need a refund for your Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)? If your circumstances have changed, you can submit a request online.
How to request an OSHC refund
- Online member account
- Contact us
Select ‘My Policy’ then select ‘Payments,’ from the dropdown menu
Select ‘Request a refund’
Complete the form. All fields are required, which means you must complete every section
Attach supporting documents
When you choose a reason from the menu for your refund request, a list will appear showing the documents you need to provide
You can attach files by either dragging and dropping them into the provided area or by selecting them from your device
5. Tap ‘Submit’ to finish. You will see a message confirming that your submission was successful
Suspend or resume your policy (International members)
Suspending your policy is like putting your membership on hold. During this time, you won’t have to pay premiums, but you also won’t be able to use any services or make claims.
