What if I can’t see my claim?
Don’t worry if you can’t see your claim on the homepage of your nib App.
As long as you have your confirmation email your claim is being processed.
How to check the status of your claim

Log in to the nib App
Your recent claims will appear on the homepage of the App. Claims will no longer be visible on the homepage after three months
Alternatively, select ‘Claims’ from the main navigation menu
You will see the full list of your claims history
The status will be shown at the top of each claim. ‘Submitted’ means your claim is currently being processed
Once the claim has been successfully processed, the status will change to either:
‘Paid to you’: which means the payment has been deposited into your nominated bank account or
‘Paid to provider’: indicating the payment has been sent directly to your medical provider.
