nibWell
nibWell is our wellbeing program for employees. It covers the five pillars of Purpose, Environment, Body, Relationships and Mind. Our Wellbeing Champion Network supports the program to ensure we’re providing activities that encourage physical and mental fitness and wellbeing. The program includes:
Ergonomics
Working flexibly means that having a good remote working environment is essential. We support employees by providing access to educational webinars, annual self-assessments, and one-on-one consultations when needed.
Mental wellbeing
We provide mental wellbeing and fitness support for employees through a 3-tier Prevent, Support and Restore framework to support them wherever they are on the mental health continuum.
Wellbeing benefits
To support the overall wellbeing of our employees, we offer access to a range of benefits including wellbeing coaching, financial coaching, nutrition and legal advice (provided through EAP).
