nib Nurture Pregnancy eLearning is your complete guide to pregnancy. You’ll learn how to physically and emotionally support both you and your baby during your entire pregnancy. You'll have a detailed guide that covers essential information around labour and birth preparation to help you feel relaxed and capable. You'll gain the knowledge and confidence to achieve your feeding goals, including breastfeeding, formula feeding, mixed feeding and solids.

The courses are created and delivered by qualified Australian health professionals, Nourish Baby. Nourish Baby are endorsed by the Childbirth and Parenting Educators of Australia and are an Australian Council of Healthcare Standards (ACHS) EQuIP6 accredited organisation.

With over 12 hours of online learning material broken down into small chunks, you can learn in your own time at your own pace with no deadlines and lifetime access to the courses. They don't need to be completed in a specific order, so you can choose to start any that interest or are relevant to you.

nib Nurture Pregnancy eLearning is recommended for anyone throughout the duration of their pregnancy and early parenthood.

No, private health insurance is not required to purchase the course. The course is available for purchase by the general public, including nib members.

The course is hosted on the Nourish Baby Learning Hub that runs in your browser. To view the course content, your computer must meet or exceed the minimum hardware requirements for the installed operating system (macOS or Windows).

Before getting started, take a look at the system requirements to ensure you’re using the latest version of a supported browser with the required browser settings.

The video content within the courses is also delivered in separate modules with Arabic, Mandarin and Vietnamese subtitles.

After enrolling, you’ll receive an email link to activate your learning account. You’ll set up a password and create a profile for your account so you can come back to your learning at any time.
