Employee fundraising events

Employees can support a charity close to their heart through our fundraising campaigns. We also respond in times of needs by raising funds for disaster relief and recovery.

Volunteering

Our people give back to our local communities and charity partners through community and skilled volunteering. It's always a rewarding and eye-opening experience, helping our community partners achieve their mission.

Regular giving

We support our employees to make regular donations to their chosen charity through payroll giving, and nib foundation matches every donation, doubling the impact.

nib employees cook hearty meals for families of seriously ill children staying at Ronald McDonald Houses in Randwick, Westmead and Newcastle, opens in a new tab, where we are proud to sponsor rooms. With over 600 families staying per year at the Newcastle home and almost 3,000 in the two Sydney homes, our employees love the chance to help create a home-like environment for these families.

"I really loved volunteering at Ronald McDonald House, it was pretty special being able to serve the parents and kids directly and know that we were making at least part of their day a bit easier during what is a really difficult time."
