We create a safe space for the kids to be themselves, and experience the therapeutic effects of surfing. The joy and smiles from the kids fill my heart after every event and I would love for this grant to go to STS so that we can keep the stoke going for these kids!”

Hayden doesn’t have a father and the difference I've seen in him in the time I’ve spent with him has been unbelievable. He’s gone from a shy 8yo who didn’t say much, to a very mature young man who is seen as a leader amongst his peers.”

Camp gives the children an opportunity to make friendships, share their experiences in a safe space with no judgement, gain confidence while raising their self-esteem, learn skills and try activities they may have never had the chance to. I can't express what it means to be blessed enough to meet and spend time with these kids. They all have something special to share and teach the world about self-love, being grateful for everyday and the courage to be yourself. Their kindness and humour is infectious.”
