nib has conducted an audit and reconciliation of our payroll processes and systems for team members in Travel Operations. Through this review, we identified an error in the application of some allowances and entitlements affecting some current and former members of our Travel team.
Former employees impacted by this will have received a letter confirming if they were impacted by this issue during their employment with nib.
We are very sorry this has occurred. We are committed to ensuring our employees are paid correctly and have commenced a remediation plan to ensure this does not happen again. We thank you for your patience, co-operation and understanding through this process.

Verify your identity
Ensure that you are paid the amounts owing to you.
1. Download and complete tax and superannuation documentation
To begin, please download the forms:

After completing the forms, be sure to save a copy (PDF is preferred). You'll need to upload the completed forms so we can verify your identity and ensure accurate payment processing.
2. Complete the Former employee details form below
Please fill out the form below and attach both your completed TFN Withholding Declaration and Superannuation Choice forms.
We will verify your identity with the information you provide to us and the existing identification details we already have as a former employee.
3. Get confirmation of your final payment amount
After confirming your identity and once we have finalised the reconciliation, we will send you a final impact summary, including the total amount owed.
What happens after?
4. Review final calculation
During the final stage of the review process, you will have the opportunity for a final consultation with a P&C representative where you can provide any additional documentation pertaining to the final impact summary for consideration.
5. Receive your payment into your specified bank account
You will receive confirmation of payment via email once the transaction has been completed.
